Musician
In my classroom, tutti will be encouraged to explore music in a way that suits their own personal identities as musicians and people, and will be free to express themselves through this outlet. As a musician, I firmly believe in creativity and freedom to express oneself through music. Music is a language that we use to communicate with other human beings every day - music helps us bond through shared experiences and emotions. Through a thorough exploration of musical genres - from historical music to music of the current times - students will leave my classroom with a way to connect with themselves and other people because of music.
